WHAT IS FYBOGEL HI-FIBRE ORANGE?
Fybogel Hi-Fibre Orange contains natural ispaghula husk which provides additional fibre to your diet. This helps your digestive system work more efficiently and also relieves constipation in the natural way.
As it works in a natural way, constipation is taken care of without any discomfort, undue straining or unnatural urgency, thus restoring and maintaining regularity.
It can also be taken to relieve constipation during pregnancy.
HOW DO YOU TAKE FYBOGEL HI-FIBRE?
Please read the patient information leaflet enclosed with this treatment before use.
- Mix the powder in a glass of at least 150ml of cold water, stir well and drink straight away, preferably after meals.
- This should be taken at least 30 minutes before or after taking other medicines and should not be taken immediately before going to sleep.
- Adults and children over 12 years: – take 1 sachet in the morning and 1 in the evening after meals.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years:- take half to one 5ml spoonful, depending on size and age, morning and evening.
Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.
Please consult your doctor if there has been no bowel movement or worsening of symptoms after 3 days of treatment.
