Yes. PostMyMeds is a fully licensed and regulated UK pharmacy. All pharmacy services and activities are completely legal and governed by our regulatory bodies. Our pharmacy premises, website and pharmacist are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
We are also registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA), which became a legal requirement in July 2015 for all UK registered online retail sellers. The MHRA are responsible for regulating medicines and medical devices in the UK.
Yes. Our medications are supplied by our community pharmacy based in London, which is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who are responsible for governing the standards of the services and medications provided by us.
The medications we provide are regulated and authorised by the MHRA and we only deal with reputable wholesalers and manufacturers to ensure all the medication we provide are genuine and the same as you would get from a local high street pharmacy.
Yes. At PostMyMeds patient confidentiality is of utmost importance. We have numerous procedures in place that are regularly reviewed to ensure we abide to the standards expected from all UK pharmacies. We use high level encryption for all information collected from patients on our website and have strict protocols in place at our pharmacy premises.
Yes. At PostMyMeds, we provide a free private prescription for the medication you require based on your completed consultation form. The consultation form is reviewed by our experienced prescribers who then issue a private prescription if the medication is safe and suitable for you.
PostMyMeds is a private pharmacy; therefore we do not accept NHS prescriptions. However if you have a private prescription, please get in touch with us to arrange a fee, collection and delivery of your medication.
PostMyMeds operates through remote prescribing only for a specific range of conditions we can safely diagnose without physical examination or face to face consultations. You can view the full list of conditions we treat online here.

You should inform your GP about any treatment you receive from us as it is important that they have a full record of the your healthcare.
We will never contact your GP ourselves without your consent. If you would like us to inform your GP on your behalf, simply email us with their details at [email protected].
We accept payment online via credit or debit card and use SagePay as one of our gateway provider to ensure a quick and safe transaction. The cards we accept are Maestro UK, MasterCard, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and AMEX. We also accept payments through PayPal.
You will receive your medication in a safe, discreet and durable packaging. You can either choose to collect in store or have it delivered to you via one of our delivery methods fulfilled by Royal Mail, DHL or Fast Despatch Logistics.
We offer Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery before 1pm, Royal Mail 1st Class delivery, DHL Next Day delivery and Next Day Delivery via Courier Service; all our deliveries require a signature on receipt. For more information regarding our delivery options please see our delivery page.
Our daily dispatch cut off time on weekdays is 4pm and 11am on Saturdays. All orders placed on a bank holiday, Sunday or after 4pm on a weekday or 11am on a Saturday will be dispatched the next working day.

Yes. Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, Royal Mail Special delivery, DHL next day delivery and Next Day Delivery via Courier Service, are all trackable. You will receive your unique tracking ID number in an email once your order has been dispatched.
We only deal with patients within the United Kingdom and do not deliver outside of this jurisdiction at this stage.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon completion of your order.
Many of the medicines/medications that we provide are designated as “prescription only” or “pharmacy” grade and the questions that we ask you are designed solely to ensure that we are providing you with the correct medication which is suitable for you.
Yes, our packing is discreet and absent entirely of branding, labels, medication names and specific medical information.
You can cancel your order so long as you your order has not been dispatched. You must also make sure that you contact us as soon as is possible via telephone on 020 8894 6080 and request the cancellation of your order.
