Yes. PostMyMeds is a fully licensed and regulated UK pharmacy. All pharmacy services and activities are completely legal and governed by our regulatory bodies. Our pharmacy premises, website and pharmacist are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
We are also registered with the Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA), which became a legal requirement in July 2015 for all UK registered online retail sellers. The MHRA are responsible for regulating medicines and medical devices in the UK.
Do you provide genuine and authentic medication?
Yes. Our medications are supplied by our community pharmacy based in London, which is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency (MHRA) who are responsible for governing the standards of the services and medications provided by us.
The medications we provide are regulated and authorised by the MHRA and we only deal with reputable wholesalers and manufacturers to ensure all the medication we provide are genuine and the same as you would get from a local high street pharmacy.
Is the service you provide confidential?
I do not have a prescription. Can I still order from you?
Yes. At PostMyMeds, we provide a free private prescription for the medication you require based on your completed consultation form. The consultation form is reviewed by our experienced prescribers who then issue a private prescription if the medication is safe and suitable for you.
Do you accept other prescriptions?
PostMyMeds is a private pharmacy; therefore we do not accept NHS prescriptions. However if you have a private prescription, please get in touch with us to arrange a fee, collection and delivery of your medication.

PostMyMeds operates through remote prescribing only for a specific range of conditions we can safely diagnose without physical examination or face to face consultations. You can view the full list of conditions we treat online here.
If you can not find the treatment you are looking for or your need is more urgent, please contact your GP or urgent care services. You can view the full list of NHS services contacts here.
