    What is Cialis?

Cialis Daily is a medication commonly used for the treatment of Erectile Dysfunction. Cialis is the branded version of Tadalafil, which is manufactured by Lily Pharmaceuticals. Cialis Daily is available in two strengths – 2.5mg and 5mg tablets and is now available as a generic version too.

How does Cialis Daily tablets work?

Cialis Daily is a potent phosphodiesterase (PDE5) enzyme inhibitor that works by dilating blood vessels in the penis, increasing blood flow to this region helping to get and maintain an erection in response to arousal.

    How do I take Cialis?

Cialis Daily can be taken on a continual basis at approximately the same time each day. This treatment is recommended for those individuals who anticipate having sexual activity at least twice a week. Cialis Daily should be swallowed whole with water. If you prefer to take medication on an as-and-when basis, sildenafil tablets or non-daily ED medication could be a better option.

What are the cautions associated with taking Cialis?

Although Cialis tablets are commonly prescribed in the UK to treat symptoms of Erectile Dysfunction, it is still important to check if the medication is suitable for you. Cialis should not be used by people suffering with certain conditions or those taking certain medications. You should always read the patient information leaflet (PIL) for Cialis 2.5mg and Cialis 5mg before taking this medication to ensure it is safe for you to use.

What are the side effects of Cialis?

Cialis like all medications can be associated with certain side effects although not all patients would experience these.

Common Cialis side-effects to look out for, include:

      • Facial Flushing / Hot Flushes
      • Indigestion
      • Muscle Aches, back & limb pain
      • Stuffy Nose
      • Headache (including migraine)
      • Dizziness, drowsiness & visual disturbances – this may affect skilled tasks such as driving, it is recommended to see how you react to this medication before driving or operating any machinery.

Patients should not drink excess amounts of alcohol when taking Cialis as it may impair your ability to get an erection and may increase the risk of certain side effects. To see all the side-effects associated with the use of Cialis please refer to the patient information leaflet (PIL) for Cialis 2.5mg and Cialis 5mg or contact PostMyMeds.

Can I use Cialis Daily and Premature Ejaculation Treatment at the same time?

Cialis Daily should be used with caution when taking premature ejaculation medication such as Priligy at the same time. This is as combination of these two medications can cause a drop in your blood pressure causing you to feel faint when standing up. To avoid suffering from a drop in blood pressure, we recommed that you leave a gap of at least 24-48 hours between taking ED medications such as Viagra (Sildenafil), Cialis (Tadalafil), Levitra (Vardenafil) and Spedra (Avanafil) and Priligy.

Where can I find more information on Erectile Dysfunction and Cialis?

Please refer to the patient information leaflet (PIL) for Cialis 2.5mg and Cialis 5mg for further information. You can find more information on Erectile Dysfunction on the following page.
